1. The heating area of the single head tube should be immersed in the heating medium to avoid slow heat dissipation and exceeding the allowable heating temperature, which may damage the electric heating tube. In addition, the wiring should be exposed in the insulation layer of the heater or outside the heater, so that this part should not overheat and suffer damage.
2. Input power supply, the voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage indicated on various electric heating tubes. If used below the rated voltage, the thermal energy generated by the single head tube will also decrease.
3. The terminal of the single headed tube should be kept clean and dry. Otherwise, it will reduce the insulation performance and be short circuited and broken down. If there is a background of chemical corrosion, flammable, explosive liquids or gases in the application, the local wiring of the electric heating tube should be tightly protected with insulation sealing devices to prevent accidents.
4. When selecting a single headed tube, heating medium should be added. There is no peeling effect on the material of the electric heating tube shell.
5. Special electric heating tubes should be carefully read before installation to avoid damage.
6. If the single head tube is used for a long time and there is a thick accumulation of pipe scale and oil scale on the surface, it should be regularly removed, otherwise it will reduce the thermal conductivity of the electric heating tube and cause damage to the surface thermal load of the tube exceeding the rated limit.
