At the same time, they save electricity, are safe to use, can be bent into various shapes, lightweight, and easy to disassemble.
The performance requirements for single headed pipes are in accordance with relevant national standards. Single headed pipes have the following requirements:
1. The heating time should not exceed 15 minutes for the component to rise from ambient temperature to test temperature under the test voltage;
2. Under sufficient heating conditions, the deviation of the rated power of the component should not exceed the range specified below; ± 10% for components with a rated power of less than or equal to 100W. For components with a rated power greater than 100W, it is+5% to -10% or 10W, whichever is higher. Some companies do their power very accurately, such as Taizhou Jiayi Single End Electric Heating Tube Factory; In the Yancheng area, some enterprises can achieve a resistance deviation of only 1 Ω with a range of+5% to -5%, such as Annai Electric Heating.
3. Leakage current
The cold leakage current, as well as the leakage current after water pressure and sealing tests, should not exceed 0.5mA;
The thermal leakage current at working temperature should not exceed the calculated value in the formula, but the maximum should not exceed 5mA
