The nickel content of ordinary stainless steel is only 24%, and a nickel content of 27% is required to significantly improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel heating tubes in certain media. Therefore, in terms of materials, 316, 800, and 840 have relatively strong corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. 800 stainless steel has a nickel content of 30%, 840 stainless steel has a nickel content of 20%, and 304 stainless steel pipes have a nickel content of only 8%. From a cost perspective, SUS304 is sufficient for normal heating water.
