Layout and installation of single head pipes in electric heating equipment
The temperature uniformity of electric heating equipment and the service life of heating tubes have a significant impact. Below are the basic requirements for installing single headed pipes:
1、 Ensure even temperature distribution in the furnace.
2、 There are generally three installation methods, namely the corrugated type of filament heating tube, the corrugated type of spiral heating tube, and the corrugated type of ribbon heating tube.
3、 The support for the heating tube of the medium temperature furnace should be made of high aluminum products. High temperature furnaces with a furnace temperature above 1000 ℃ should use relatively pure aluminum oxide products, while low temperature furnaces can use general clay products.
4、 Efforts should be made to minimize radiation shielding between electric heating tubes and between them and the supporting bricks on the furnace wall. The installation position of the single head pipe should make it easy for heat to be transferred to the workpiece without causing local overheating of the workpiece.
