The arrangement and installation of single head tubes in electric heating equipment have a significant impact on the temperature uniformity of the equipment and the service life of the heating tubes. Below are the basic requirements for installing single headed pipes:
1、 The support for the heating tube of the medium temperature furnace should be made of high aluminum products. High temperature furnaces with a furnace temperature above 1000 ℃ should use relatively pure aluminum oxide products, while low temperature furnaces can use ordinary clay products.
2、 Ensure even distribution of furnace temperature. The installation position of the single head pipe should make it easy for thermal energy to be transmitted to the workpiece without causing partial overheating of the workpiece.
3、 There are generally three types of installation methods, namely the striped type for filament heating tubes, the striped type for spiral heating tubes, and the striped type for ribbon heating tubes.
4、 Efforts should be made to minimize the radiation shielding between the electric heating tubes and their support bricks on the furnace wall.
